Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering as a seller or using PartsMarkt as a buyer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Seller Obligations

• Sellers must provide accurate, truthful descriptions and photos of all listed parts.
• OEM numbers must be genuine. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal.
• Sellers are responsible for all Bulgarian tax and VAT obligations arising from sales.
• PartsMarkt may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Buyer Obligations

• Buyers must provide honest enquiry information.
• Enquiries constitute genuine interest in the listed part.
• All transactions are directly between buyer and seller. PartsMarkt is not a party to any sale in Phase 1.

4. Prohibited Content

• Counterfeit or misrepresented parts
• Parts from stolen vehicles
• Any content that violates Bulgarian or EU law

5. Limitation of Liability

PartsMarkt provides a listing platform only. We do not inspect parts, guarantee their condition beyond seller descriptions, or assume liability for transactions between buyers and sellers. Escrow protection (Phase 2) will provide additional safeguards.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and EU regulations, including GDPR.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Registered sellers will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
