When you buy a part, your payment is held securely in escrow — not released to the seller until you confirm delivery. If the part doesn't arrive or doesn't match the description, you can open a dispute.

Funds release: after delivery, payment is released to the seller in our weekly payout cycle — and never while a dispute is open.

Every seller on PartsMarkt goes through a manual review before being approved to list parts. We check business details, contact information, and compliance with our seller policy.

Sellers who complete Stripe Connect onboarding and meet additional quality criteria earn the Verified badge — shown on their profile and listings.

Search by make, model, year, OEM number and engine code to find compatible parts. Sellers add detailed fitment notes to every listing, so you can confirm a part suits your car before you buy.

Sellers across Bulgaria ship parts via Speedy — the country's leading courier network. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days within Bulgaria.

Sellers provide a carrier name and tracking number when they mark an order as shipped. You'll receive an email with the tracking details.
