Courier service
PartsMarkt works exclusively with Speedy as its courier partner — the largest courier network in Bulgaria, with over 850 offices nationwide. Delivery is available either to an address or to a Speedy office.

Handing over the parcel (for sellers)
Once a waybill has been generated, the seller is responsible for dropping the parcel off at the nearest Speedy office. PartsMarkt does not arrange courier pickup from the seller's address.
- Print the waybill from your dashboard ("Print label") and attach it to the package.
- Drop the parcel at any Speedy office of your choice within the dispatch window stated on the listing (default: up to 2 working days).
- Late drop-offs may result in an automatic refund to the buyer and platform penalties.

Shipping costs
Shipping is set by PartsMarkt from negotiated carrier rates — not by the seller. Each listing shows an estimate based on the item's weight and your delivery method (office-to-office or office-to-address). The exact price is calculated at checkout from your chosen option; signed-in buyers can see the precise cost to their address before paying.
The price shown on a listing is an estimate. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay — there are no surprise charges after payment.
Dispatch and delivery times

The specific dispatch window for each seller is stated on their listing. If a parcel is delayed, the buyer can contact the seller directly through the platform.
Parcel tracking
After dispatch, the seller enters the tracking number in the system. The buyer receives an email with a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also follow the status directly from your dashboard under "My orders".
Returns and disputes
If the part you received does not match the description or arrived damaged in transit:
- Take photos of the part and the packaging immediately on receipt.
- Open a dispute from the order page within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach the photos and describe the issue — the seller will respond within 24 hours.
- If no agreement is reached, the PartsMarkt team makes the final decision based on the evidence submitted.
Return shipping costs for a valid dispute are paid by the seller. In the case of buyer misuse, return costs remain with the buyer.
Cash on delivery
When cash on delivery is selected, the Speedy courier collects the amount on delivery directly from the buyer in cash or by card. The payment is forwarded to PartsMarkt, which then transfers the seller's share (net of commission) within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Funds in transit
The courier collects and remits the amount to PartsMarkt within 1–3 working days.
Seller payout
The seller is paid within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Commission
The platform's plan-based commission (10% on Free, 8% on paid plans) is deducted before the payout to the seller.
If the buyer refuses to accept the parcel, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If something looks off, contact us before refusing.
Escrow protection
All payments — card and cash on delivery — are held by PartsMarkt until the buyer confirms receipt. The seller is paid only after successful delivery. This protects both sides.
