Air locker kit with compressor RD132 for TOYOTA.

Описание

Description The air locker is a differential designed for direct replacement of your existing one. It can be used both as a conventional differential and as a 100% locked unit — whether front or rear. When engaged, it locks both half-shafts and thereby transfers drive force equally (50% : 50%) to both wheels for maximum traction. The locking mechanism is controlled by the driver via a button on the vehicle’s dashboard. The front locker can be activated when driving on slippery surfaces with reduced traction and deactivated when driving on a surface with good grip, in order to maintain optimum steering control. For safety reasons, the front locker cannot be used unless the rear one is activated. Kit contents The kit includes everything needed for the installation of the differential lock, together with installation instructions. Installation at an authorised service centre is recommended. The supplier offers a 3-year warranty . Technical details - Weight: 15 kg. - Dimensions: 28 × 28 × 28 cm. The compressor is activated by the driver via a dashboard button. The pressure in the expansion tank is monitored by a regulator and the working range is 5.9 bar to 6.9 bar . When the locker button is pressed, the pneumatic valve opens and lets the compressed air reach the differential through an air line that connects them.
