Shipping Schedule

1. General provisions and scope

1.1. This Shipping Schedule (the "Schedule") forms an integral part of the Seller Terms of the PartsMarkt platform and also applies in relations with buyers in accordance with the Buyer Terms. Terms used here have the meaning given to them in the respective terms.

1.2. This Schedule governs deliveries arranged through the platform. Deliveries are performed exclusively via the courier company Speedy — the sole integrated carrier at present. The addition of a new carrier takes effect only through the issuance of a new version of this Schedule under Section 8.

2. Dispatch model — the platform as sender

2.1. The contractual relationship with Speedy is maintained by the platform operator: the platform requests the waybills and is designated as the third-party payer of the courier service.

2.2. The courier collects the shipment from the seller's registered pickup address. The seller must maintain a current default pickup address in their account; without such an address a waybill cannot be issued.

2.3. Waybills are generated by the platform for each order; the seller prints the label and hands the shipment over to the courier.

3. Standard tariff

3.1. The standard delivery prices per weight band and delivery method are as follows:

3.2. The weight bands are: up to 1 kg, up to 3 kg, up to 6 kg, up to 10 kg, up to 20 kg, and over 20 kg. There are two delivery methods: to a Speedy office and to an address.

3.3. The stated prices include the platform's service margin and are quoted in euro (EUR) and in Bulgarian lev (BGN) at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.

4. Price at checkout — what the buyer pays

4.1. Delivery charges are paid by the buyer when completing the order (checkout).

4.2. The exact price is determined by a live quote from Speedy at the time of the order — based on the declared weight, the route (from the seller's pickup address to the destination chosen by the buyer) and the delivery method — to which the platform's margin is applied. The table in Section 3 is the standard tariff that this quote follows.

4.3. The final delivery price is shown to the buyer before the payment is confirmed. The listing page may show an indicative price ("from ~") calculated under the standard tariff.

4.4. Where the seller has activated a "free delivery" option for a given listing, the buyer pays no delivery charge for that listing and the table in Section 3 does not apply to the buyer.

5. Cash on delivery (COD)

5.1. For cash-on-delivery orders, Speedy collects from the buyer upon delivery the entire amount due — the item price plus the delivery charges — on the basis of a waybill with a cash-on-delivery service.

5.2. Amounts collected via the courier are settled with the seller in accordance with the Seller Terms and the Commission Schedule.

6. Shipment weight

6.1. The weight of each shipment is declared by the seller for each listing (the listing's "weight" field). The declared weight is used for the indicative price, the checkout quote and the waybill.

6.2. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the declared weight. If no weight is declared for a listing, a default weight of 5 kg is assumed for the purposes of the quote and the waybill.

7. Return shipping costs

7.1. When the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal (14-day period), the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer, unless the seller has agreed to bear it — the detailed conditions are set out in the Buyer Terms.

7.2. In the case of a non-conformity claim regarding the item, the return costs are borne by the seller or, where applicable, the platform, depending on the outcome of the claims procedure; the buyer owes no return costs for a non-conforming item where the claim is upheld — in accordance with the Buyer Terms.

8. Amendments to the Schedule

8.1. This Schedule is amended solely by issuing a new version of this document.

8.2. The operator notifies all sellers of a new version on a durable medium (e-mail) at least 15 days before its effective date, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150. Amendments have no retroactive effect.

8.3. The version of the Schedule accepted by the seller at account activation remains binding until a new version takes effect. A seller who does not agree with a new version may terminate their contract before its effective date in accordance with the Seller Terms.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The platform operator is "Clyde Management" EOOD, UIC (EIK) 208422678, VAT No BG208422678, with registered seat and management address at 12 "Boris Arsov" St., Lozenets district, 1421 Sofia, Bulgaria. The operator's full identification details are set out in the Seller Terms.

9.2. Matters not regulated in this Schedule are governed by the Seller Terms or, respectively, the Buyer Terms, and applicable Bulgarian law.

9.3. This document is drawn up in Bulgarian and in English. The Bulgarian text is the leading and authentic version; in case of any discrepancy between the two language versions, the Bulgarian version prevails.
