Commission Schedule
1. General provisions and scope
1.1. This Commission Schedule (the "Schedule") forms an integral part of the Seller Terms of the PartsMarkt platform. Terms used here have the meaning given to them in the Seller Terms.
1.2. The commission is the fee the seller owes the platform operator for the intermediation service on each successfully completed sale made through the platform. The commission is payable by the seller. Buyers pay no commission — the buyer pays only the item price and the delivery charges under the Shipping Schedule.
1.3. This Schedule sets out all commission percentages per subscription plan, the basis and method of calculation, and the procedure for amending it. It is presented to the seller for explicit acceptance when the seller account is activated.
2. Basis and method of calculation
2.1. The commission is calculated as a percentage of the item price — the price stated in the listing that the buyer pays for the item itself (including VAT where it is included in the listed price).
2.2. Delivery charges are excluded from the commission base. The amount the buyer pays for delivery under the Shipping Schedule is not subject to commission.
2.3. The commission is calculated in euro cents and rounded to the nearest cent. Orders are processed in euro (EUR); the equivalent in Bulgarian lev (BGN) is determined at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
2.4. The applicable percentage is the one corresponding to the seller's subscription plan at the moment the order is placed. The percentage is recorded on the specific order and is not affected by a later plan change — every order keeps the rate in force when it was created.
3. Withholding and payout
3.1. The commission is withheld at source: the amount payable to the seller equals the item price minus the commission.
3.2. For card and wallet-balance payments, the buyer's payment is held by the platform (escrow) and, once the item has been delivered — or, as the case may be, the buyer has confirmed receipt — and no dispute is open, the payout amount (net of commission) is credited to the seller's balance in accordance with the Seller Terms. Balance releases are executed in weekly batches — on Wednesdays (on a public holiday, on the next business day), in accordance with the Seller Terms.
3.3. For cash-on-delivery orders, the commission is deducted from the amounts collected via the courier when the account with the seller is settled.
3.4. No commission is due on a cancelled or fully refunded order.
4. Commission rates per subscription plan
4.1. The current commission percentages and active-listing limits per plan are as follows:

4.2. The "Managed Enterprise" plan is offered with a commission of 8%, with its remaining conditions agreed by individual agreement.
4.3. The active-listing limit is a characteristic of the respective subscription plan and is shown in the table for information purposes.
5. Subscription prices
5.1. The prices of the subscription plans themselves (monthly/annual fees) are not part of this Schedule. They are invoiced separately and are published on the platform's Pricing page.
6. Separate paid services — featured boosts and advertising
6.1. The platform also offers separate, entirely optional paid services which are not commission and do not change the percentages in Section 4: featured listing boosts ("featured" positioning) and advertising placements (display advertising).
6.2. A featured boost increases a listing's visibility in results — this is a paid influence on ranking and is labelled in accordance with the ranking-transparency clause of the Seller Terms.
6.3. The prices of these services are shown to the seller or, respectively, the advertiser before each purchase and are not part of this Schedule.
7. VAT on platform fees
7.1. The percentages and fees set out in this Schedule are final for the seller and include value added tax (VAT) where due. The operator is VAT-registered under number BG208422678 and issues tax documents for the commissions and fees withheld, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Amendments to the Schedule
8.1. This Schedule is amended solely by issuing a new version of this document. Changing individual values without a new version is not permitted.
8.2. The operator notifies all sellers of a new version on a durable medium (e-mail) at least 15 days before its effective date, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150. Amendments have no retroactive effect.
8.3. The version of the Schedule accepted by the seller at account activation remains binding until a new version takes effect. A seller who does not agree with a new version may terminate their contract before its effective date in accordance with the Seller Terms.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The platform operator is "Clyde Management" EOOD, UIC (EIK) 208422678, VAT No BG208422678, with registered seat and management address at 12 "Boris Arsov" St., Lozenets district, 1421 Sofia, Bulgaria. The operator's full identification details are set out in the Seller Terms.
9.2. Matters not regulated in this Schedule are governed by the Seller Terms and applicable Bulgarian law.
9.3. This document is drawn up in Bulgarian and in English. The Bulgarian text is the leading and authentic version; in case of any discrepancy between the two language versions, the Bulgarian version prevails.
